refund policy

all sales are final

all products sold are digital and delivered instantly upon payment. by completing your purchase, you acknowledge immediate receipt of the product and understand that it cannot be returned.

no-refund agreement

by purchasing, you explicitly agree that all sales are final. no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

•dissatisfaction with the product
•inability to use the product
•change of mind
•buyer's remorse

exceptions

refunds are only provided when the issue is on our end. this includes cases where we fail to deliver the product or service you paid for due to a technical error on our systems.

chargeback & payment dispute warning

filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered product is a direct violation of this agreement. upon receipt of any dispute, we will:

01immediately and permanently revoke your access to all hell gen products and services.

02submit this legally binding no-refund policy and your digital receipt as proof of service delivery to the payment processor.

03reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover the disputed amount and associated processing fees.
